• You grant Radiation Recordings a non-exclusive license to display, stream, promote, and (if applicable) sell your approved content

3. Sales of Tracks

Approved tracks may be sold via our digital storefront. Prices are set by Radiation Recordings. By submitting tracks for sale, you agree to the applicable revenue-sharing or royalty terms, which will be communicated separately via email or contract.

All purchases of digital downloads are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law. If you encounter technical issues accessing a purchased file, please contact us for assistance.

4. Ticket Sales for Events

Radiation Recordings may sell tickets for live music events, festivals, or other performances. Event details, pricing, and availability will be listed on the site.

All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, we will provide instructions on how to obtain a refund or transfer.

5. Payments & Security

We use third-party payment processors to handle all transactions securely. By purchasing from us, you agree to their terms and policies. We do not store your full payment information (e.g., credit card numbers) on our servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (excluding user-submitted tracks) — including logos, design elements, and text — is owned or licensed by Radiation Recordings and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination
